The Sirius Breaker Bar is a bite-release tool, originally built for police and military K9 work. In a real bite, a dog won't always "out" on command - and with everything filmed and online these days, a dog that won't release cleanly can become a problem in court and on paper. This takes that out of the equation, along with the conflict of forcing a "tactical" out.

It works simply: slipped between the teeth, it gets the dog to release - quick and clean, without hurting the dog. The video on this page shows how fast and easy it is to use.

To be clear, it's not a tool for teaching the "out" - every dog should have a solid out as part of its training and certification. It's made for civil bite-work scenario training and real street deployments, where you need a reliable way to get a release when it counts.
