Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–14 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as public holidays, courier delays, or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping:
Currently, we offer shipping to New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe. Any unforeseen taxes/fees required before collecting your package will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at covertcanineco@gmail.com so we can assist you. We will require photos or proof of damage to process replacements or refunds with the courier company.
